Please take a moment to review our booking policies before submitting your request. We want each session to be a smooth, enjoyable, and transparent experience from start to finish, and these terms help outline what you can expect when booking with us.
By submitting a booking request with Jaz & Joi Photography, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below.
Deposit & Cancellation
How deposits and cancellations are handled.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.
If the client has already paid the remaining balance in full and cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time, all amounts paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Final Payment
When the remaining balance must be paid.
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the photo shoot. If payment is not received, the session may still take place; however, no edited images, sneak peeks, or final gallery will be delivered until the balance has been paid in full.
Sneak Peek Delivery
Preview image delivery timeline.
A sneak peek of selected edited images will be delivered within 48 hours of the session, provided all payments have been completed.
Turnaround Time
Expected delivery time for your full gallery.
The full edited gallery will be delivered within 7 days of the session date, provided all payments have been completed.
Edited Image Quantity
How many photos you will receive.
All delivered images will be professionally edited. The total number of final images delivered depends on the package selected at the time of booking.
Creative Style
Our editing and artistic approach.
By booking, the client acknowledges that they are hiring Jaz & Joi Photography for its unique editing and creative style. Final images will reflect the photographer’s artistic judgment and editing style.
Promotional Use of Images
Jaz & Joi Photography may use images from sessions for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, marketing materials, and promotional purposes unless the client requests in writing prior to the session that their images remain private.
How session photos may be used by the business.
Late Arrival
What happens if you arrive late.
Clients arriving late may reduce available shooting time. Session end times may remain as originally scheduled.
Travel Policy
Where we serve and when travel fees apply.
Jaz & Joi Photography proudly serves Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. Sessions requested outside of our standard service area may require an additional travel fee. Clients booking outside these areas are responsible for selecting the applicable travel add-on at checkout. Any additional travel charges will be confirmed prior to the session date.
Usage Rights
How clients may use delivered photos.
Clients may use delivered images for personal use and social media. Jaz & Joi Photography retains copyright ownership of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Agreement
By submitting a booking request, the client confirms they have read and agree to these policies.
